Only Mitch knows if the Tigers approach to scheduling has changed based on Princeton's experience during the prior two years. Rather than going on the road to play Butler followed by BYU, Princeton starts with DeSales at home. 5 of the first 6 games, other than Friday's game at Lehigh appear to be against lesser competition. Makes more sense to mee especially with a young team.
Games 7-12 is against really challenging competition prior to the start of IL competition, including 3 top 50 teams on the road (Duke, St. Johns and ARizona State).
It may not be by design but just simply a function of availability. Lehigh played well against Miami on the road and it will be a tough game. Hopefully Cannady plays.
