Those are home games, because they are IDed as a home arena, just like MSG for St. John’s. The rule for consideration as a home arena, I believe, is 3+ games. Miami in AA wouldn’t be, because they’ll be under that threshold.
For the analytical sites, they’ll treat that game as “Semi-Away†or “Semi-Home†which will involve an SOS adjustment that is between a full one and if the game were played neutral.
