I understand that Engles is trying to get Bibbs going and develop him for the future. But if we want to have any chance of salvaging this season, Engles needs to replace Bibbs with Adlesh in the starting lineup immediately.

Adlesh has always played well. I don't understand why he isn't starting, especially since he's a senior.
