My observation from afar is that this is having a big positive impact. We have a team that hasnâ€™t panicked in the face of all sorts of adversity. We have individual players who have done the same. Theyâ€™ve changed the culture and attitude significantly.

Hasnâ€™t solved the free throw shooting, obviously, but I wouldnâ€™t throw the baby out with the bath water. Unless the replacement would fall through tables at the end of motivational speeches.
