In response to flinder
Flinder, I did check the rest of the Ivy League coaching staffs. There were several key differences. First, the balance of the league had several assistants with extensive prior college coaching experience. Second, the other teams in particular had more experience coaching and playing for D1 teams. Dartmouth's experience is focused on D3 programs. Third, the other teams has several players who had highly accomplished playing careers, including at elite D1 programs. Based on the combination above, it would be prudent to eventually recruit a coach with deeper ties to the D1 basketball communities.
