A preference? I think it would be hard to attract experienced D1 coaches to Hanover given the Universities decision making and lack of progress with the program. Plenty of young guys wanting a start would be attracted to it. McLaughlin, who I think is a quality coach and recruiter, doesn't have a profile that would attract experienced coaches either. That said, there is plenty of young coaching talent to build a staff and succeed.
