I believe in the last few weeks the NCAA allowed them 4 hours a week for skill work and 6 hours for strength and conditioning. The guys likely scrimmaged on their own as well. Again, if I recall correctly real practice will then start Friday and is limited by the NCAA to 20 hour per week thereafter.
