One new fact about the Bison schedule. The opener at Fairfield will be played in Bridgeport's Webster Bank Arena. That has been their main home for years - but not this year. In 2019-20, Fairfield will be playing the majority of their home games on campus in the small, antiquated Alumni Hall - but their game with the Bison will be one of five still played in Bridgeport.

The Bridgeport Arena has a capacity of about 10,000, and there will be about 500 fans in attendance. Exactly zero students in the building other than players and cheerleaders. In contrast, if it were played in Alumni Hall as their opener, they could expect 2000 with a large student turnout.
