Quite honestly, I think we should put Wang on a load management program similar to Kawhi Leonard.

Team training tends to be monolithic. This help certain players, but each person has different physical areas of development and areas of injury risk. I believe physical training should be individually customized to the needs and capacity of the individual. I believe this is why Leonard was upset with the Spurs. They weren't listening to what his body needed and he didn't want to put his career at risk to suit their timelines.
