And let me make one point clearâ€”I have always thought that Tape had tremendous talent. It was a revelation to see the way he was playing toward the end of his junior year. I actually thought that he would have been first team all Ivy had he played this year and stayed healthy. He is a very gifted guy who will be a real contributor to the one and done heavy Duke roster. My quarrel with him is largely because he is so talentedâ€”Columbia took a chance on him as an unranked and underrecruited diamond in the rough and worked with him to turn him into a highly skilled and gifted player, but instead of showing appreciation he made it all about himself and in the process wrecked the season for his teammates, coaches and school.
