As we head into the crucial July evaluation period, here is a complete list of offers made by Bucknell thus far:
Yes, that is correct. Zero offers. In early July of past years, here is how many offers had been reported:
Class of 2022: 10 (covid effect)
2021: 22
2020: 23
2019: 31
2018: 19
2017: 10
2016: 13
There were numerous recruiting/evaluation opportunities in April, May, and June - and Bucknell has to replace two starters and one key reserve this year - so what is going on? Looking around the PL, Army, Boston U, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Lehigh, Loyola, and Navy have all extended 6-8 offers and entertained a number of unofficial visits.
With the huge July evaluation period starting today, we now doubt will see offers. But why no early efforts?
