In response to PeteD
To follow up, I thought three elements were particularly noteworthy:
1) The video itself: she's proud of what she's doing and is smart enough to know that filming it promotes buy-in from the team, the public, and potential recruits
2) Griffith in the locker room at 1/2 time in the Princeton game when she says essentially, `I know their offense; I know what they are doing; look at me, do what I say, and we will win.'
3) The repeated testimony from multiple sources of holding each player accountable, for themselves and for the other players.
Maybe it's a bit much to call what she does "charisma," but the video does open a window into a fierce, authentic team culture that transcends play diagrams and which the men's team just doesn't seem to have.
