Good afternoon
For those of us that are new and not as familiar with the history and current functioning of Penn Athletics can someone explain what is meant by Penn can’t and won’t improve on their recruiting?
Also in terms to men’s basketball was their recruiting that much better back in the day or did they really just have to out recruit one team? Lastly explain why other sports can play a full schedule and qualify for playoffs but football can’t or won’t in the Ivy League?
