Your comment on Laz being an effort guy rang a bell with me. Donahue seems to prefer the effort guy rather than talent. He went far too long giving minutes to Moshkovitz even though it was clear he really couldn't do anything but provide effort. Laz is a senior--if he really brought skills to the table, we would have seen them long ago. He unquestionably plays hard---but cannot dependably hit an open shot and isn't going to win many matchups. This is a rebuilding year---have to go with the young guys and see what they can do.
