Besides the assists, Foreman had a low TO rate and was good finishing at the rim - he was 53% for 2FGs. That's why his efficiency numbers were good.

He wasn't a good outside shooter. He was shooting just to keep defenses honest. And to get some practice in for the Ivy Final game.
