I get the issue, but small ball with 4 players who can handle the ball, shoot, and pass seems like an OK idea to me. I don't think George Smith is worse on D and rebounding than Holland.
That said, I'd welcome a new big man who would fill in those gaps.
Smith is significantly worse at rebounding than Holland, both offensively and defensively. He is an excellent perimeter defender, but certainly can't handle kids as big as Holland can inside (where he mostly has to defend). This is not a knock on Smith, I like him (just needs to shoot more). But I find it really hard to believe we can find ::checks notes:: more than 0 minutes in the lineup for Holland.
