Yup, first Ivy road breakthrough of the year! Right on, OB. Good job by your Bears. It is offense that tends to win games. Brown is a very good offensive club that still struggles to play good defense and hit the boards. Against poor-shooting teams like Dartmouth, Yale, Penn, and Princeton (all under FG% 41.5%), this combination has a good chance to win games. 24-29 from the stripe in a season where ~11-17 has been their norm, was also key Fri night.
Just as important for the league is that both Yale and Brown generally, as in this game, play at a pretty good pace. Two games like this in a weekend could wear down Cornell, Harvard, and particularly Princeton (and its very slow pace) on the weekends when they come calling. Together, Brown, or even Yale, would seem to have the tools to eke out one or more home wins over the three Ivy teams with the best pre-seasons.
Good luck!
