Courtney lost his first two recruiting battles: Albrecht (to Brown) and Thomas (to Tulane)... this was not the start I was hoping for.
I don't think it's fair to judge him so early.
Yes, I agree with Silver Maple on this one. Coach Courtney gets at least a year or two in my book to establish his recruiting links and get lads headed toward Ithaca under his watch.
As for Albrecht going to Brown, it is fair to note that Cornell projects to have a 16-19 man roster this year and next, while Brown looks as if they might only be going to carry 12 or 13, as they did last year. "Best backcourt [or not] at Cornell," the numbers favor Albrecht getting PT at Brown.
