The difference in this game is that Princeton is missing almost all of the shots they make half the time. While Harvard is making almost all of those 50/50 shots.

Looking back on it, that will probably go down as the play of the game.

Great D...the Tigers just can't get over the hump and make it a two-basket game.

With Harvard's FT shooting, this game is in the books unless we get some Siena-like magic at the end.

Be interested to see if the Harvard students are green enough to rush the court if they pull this out. That would be a pretty nice extra motivation boost for the Tigers going into Tuesday.

TERRIBLE decision by Davis. We got a stop and needed a bucket -- no need to rush.

UGH...that's the game. Gotta shoot a 3 or give it to Maddox. A 5-11 guard cannot go for a contested 2.

Why did none of our baskets go in 2nd half? What happened to this team in the lockerroom?

Tough loss...Harvard played a great game and we still had a chance. Just too many missed layups.

If we can refocus on Tuesday, I'm confident the playoff game would be ours.

I can't blame him too much...except for that final minute possession. What he did makes no sense. I wouldn't mind him taking a quick-trigger 3, but a contested layup? He's not even a knock-down FT shooter! We make a 3 there and it's anyone game. Even a 2 keeps us in it.

That miss ended all hope in a split second after a marvelous defensive stand.

So they rushed the court, and the ESPN3 announcers declared them Ivy League champs.

Oh, wait ...

Even after the game was effectively over and they had nothing to play for, the shots were all bricks.

They can't get thrown this easily and expect to win games. Luckily they have a second and maybe third chance Tuesday and then hopefully Saturday.

Harvard was very good tonight. They were also very physical on those "missed layups." My feed was too crappy to tell if they were fouling every time but Maddox usually lives at the line and that didn't happen tonight. Afraid I called that on this board last week.

Yea, Princeton needs to use that as bulletin board material, talk about premature celebration. Give kudos to Tommy Amaker though, he knew that the season ain't over and just shook hands and walked out.

Technically they are Ivy co-champs no matter what.
