Most of the expense is being borne by FEMA, not Lewisburg or Bucknell.

So, in other words, most of the expense is being borne by federal taxpayers.

Special thanks to all those taxpayers outside Pennsylvania...for their help in buying buildings in Pennsylvania, paying Pennsylvanians to destroy them and hiring more Pennsylvanians to create a greenway those non-Pennsylvanians will likely never see.

Your welcome, its only money.

Virtually all of the top states in terms of receiving FEMA money over the past few decades are in the South/Southeast: Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and Oklahoma.

You just need to expand Georgia's coastal border - which shields the state from direct hurricane hits - and you can get a lot more FEMA dollars. Of course the tradeoff would be a lot more catastrophic losses to a lot more people.
2012-13 Attendance: 19 games and 8,354 miles driven.

The railline is owned bt one family and the track runs from White Deer all the way to Winfield. I seriously doubt that they would take out a section in Lewisburg. The track is still in use.

True. Whether we're talking about a creekside in Lewisburg or a beachfront in Boca, FEMA is an entity that each year takes billions of dollars from those who choose not to live in disaster-prone areas and transfers it to those who do.
