Tuesday night's game between DC's two best teams, #2 Gonzaga and #1 Paul VI, will be video streamed live. Watch the game at: http://wapo.st/wr0DiY - 7:15p is when coverage starts!

Paul VI has forward Coleman Johnson (Fairfield signee) and Gonzaga has forward Will Rassman (Loyola signee).

To raise awareness and show support for the fight against cancer, both teams have agreed that the coaches will be wearing tennis shoes (a la Coaches vs. Cancer) and some players will wear pink accessories (shoes, socks, headbands, etc.).

Notes on Paul VI Basketball

For the first time in school history, Paul VI boys basketball is ranked #1 in the DC Metro Area by the Washington Post.
PVI is now ranked #28 in the ESPN Powerade Fab 50.
The Panthers moved up to #17 in the latest USA Today Super 25 - check it out!
MaxPreps expert rankings have PVI at #23 in the country in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25.

Should be a great game. The WCAC is one of if not the toughest high school leagues in the country so if you can run the table you're doing something very special. Give us a report on Rassman after the game there isn't much info out there on him as he gets overshadowed by Nate Britt.

I love the way he moves when he doesn't have the ball. He finds open seams well and he does a great job hitting the offensive glass. He is also a gifted passer.
