Expected to be another sellout. Hopefully the students come out in full force again. This game is just as important as the Iona game and the Stags have been playing better as of late. Our defense needs to step up again and stop Sanders and Needham. I think Olander will be a key, if we can get him in foul trouble and crash the boards we should be able to pull this out.

at FF, we came back as you know from 17 down, hopefully we will have carryover from that win, need to stop threes from sanders needham and wade, heard wade may be hurt a bit, real tough game, olander wont be a factor with walker etherly winbush latham underneath, key is slowing down sanders and hoping needham misses alot

Well. That was embarrassing.

And I say that with 7 minutes still left in the game.

We had 4 field goals in the 2nd half
That's all you have to know about how embarrassing this game was.
Fairfield got their butts kicked by Iona a few weeks ago and haven't lost since.
Maybe we needed a game like that.

You know JP was on 'em since the buzzer sounded Fri night about not letting up and maintaining the effort, but its clear no one was listening.

Easy to blame it on them being college kids but you see this time and time again with professional athletes too.

Hard to understand but easy to predict.

Lot of key games left in the regular season, title really up for grabs now. Will be interesting to see how they finish it up.

yeah.. don't even want to discuss this game, one of the ugliest I've seen in awhile, probably of this year for sure. I'd say we looked better against Kentucky than we did tonight.

I get he was trying for a spark.. but the minutes Brooks, P. Williams and Hall were getting today really makes me question some things. I'm not talking about when the game was decided.. but I mean I don't think the answer to come back is to put in a struggling Hall.. a barely played all year P. Williams.. and a big man who sometimes looks completely lost on offense (especially when FF was playing some excellent D)

Shot selection was laughable at how bad it was at points. Crowd was dead from the start, but Loyola shouldn't need the crowd to motivate them when they are fighting to maintain first.

All that said, best to just forget this game and worry about the next one.. Rider I think?
