Sounds about right.
On the bright side if we lose we get a rematch with Rider in the tournament as the 4 seed
Win tomorrow and we do get the small consulation of losing less than 10 games total for the year

Nice win 62-60 today. Came back from 10 pts down in the 2nd half. Etherly hit a layup with 45 seconds left for the game winner. This win gives us the 2 seed and will have us against the Niagara/Canisius winner in the qtrs. Niagara is an ok matchup for us but they do scare me with their ability to hit 3s. I know the last few games were tough but ultimately the 2 seed was as high as we could finish without Iona losing. 21-8 is a great season for us and hopefully we get hot and make a run in the tourney.

taking a step back from being disappointed with this team after the past couple weeks...
This really has been a great season for Loyola.. and nice to get the win today, sounded like Manhattan collapsed, but good of us to take advantage of that.
Despite preseason and then more importantly mid-season expectations for this team, finishing 2nd is a huge accomplishment for this team, even in a down year for the conference.
Here's hoping the win gives the boys some positive momentum and we can go get some things done in MAAC-achusetts

Nice to see the boys pull this game out and secure 2nd place outright. It perhaps helped saved some non-NCAA post-season appearance. Perhaps too little too late. We'll see what happens in Springfield.
At a minimum, they absolutely NEED to advance to the semi finals. The have absolutely no excuse not to... even if that means facing Niagara.
