According to CJ tweet he is set on getting his degree.
Yes, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's staying. He can easily go pro and also get his degree. In the tweet he did't really make a statement that he would be staying.
I doubt he's made up his mind yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if he at least tests the waters by declaring for the draft without hiring an agent.

The twitter reference from above:
Radio Announcer: "I’ve had some people asking me if there’s any chance you go pro now? What should I tell the Lehigh Valley?"
CJ McCollum: "Tell them to be patient and that I value the chance to get a college degree."

It's interesting that he dodged the question of whether he is planning to go pro now.

Definitely left it open-ended. Basically said that he's not going to make an announcement in the near future and that he appreciates the opportunity to get his degree. Could be read one of a few ways.

Hooptime has a link to the following Andy Katz blog which talks about the lasting impact of big NCAA upsets like Lehigh vs. Duke. My take on what he wrote is that you have to capitalize on a historic victory right now, because the general population has a a surprisingly short term memory.
