Here's a preview on the Bulldogs from Ivy Hoops Online http://ivyhoopsonline.com/2013/10/29/season-pre vie...
My question is regarding Kreisberg. This preview says he'll be out this season due to back surgery, but another write-up I read says he's back after having that surgery in summer 2012. Which is correct? And, will he be playing this year? Big difference, in terms of post play for Yale.

He's out and won't be returning to Yale. He's graduating and will be using his final season of eligibility at another school like Andrew Van Nest and Errick Peck before him.

Interesting, because when healthy, he and his length were a serious factor near the basket. The combination of Mangano and Kreisberg at times stymied Wright & Casey two years back. This is where I read he'd be coming back healthy: Daily Pennsylvanian http://www.thedp.com/article/2013/10/526e0 ea49d1ef
#50 Jeremiah Kreisberg — Center/Forward 6’10†240 Sr.
Fully healthy at last after undergoing back surgery in the summer of 2012, Kreisberg’s presence makes Yale’s frontcourt look that much more intimidating. Kreisberg has averaged 4.2 rebounds per game over his career and boasts a size that few in the Ivy League can match. There are very few players in the Ancient Eight that can bully a healthy Kreisberg in the post, and a big season out of him could spell big-time success for Yale.
P.S. No criticism intended. This was a great article, and it's hard to get every player "right" when you're doing an entire league writeup.

Unless James Jones is trying to dupe us all, Kreisberg is done in a Yale uniform. He didn't play well trying to fight through injuries last year anyway.
