I am surpised there is no discussion on this board, or on the Penn board for that matter of Cornell's hiring of Nat Graham as an assistant.
On the positive side of this decision, I like Donahue hiring one of his former players with Ivy roots. I also like the fact that he has prior coaching and recruiting experience. Futher, I like his connections in Canada, which is becoming very fertile Ivy League recruiting grounds. On the flip side, I think Cornell really needed diversity on its staff and should have pursued an African-American as it had in the past with Desmond Oliver, Joe Burden and Paul Fortier.
