Penn has already played two of the worst teams on an unambitious OOC schedule and the results are an overtime loss to a KenPom 300ish team and a blowout loss to a KenPom 220+ish team, both at home.

There's a real chance this team sets the modern Penn record for fewest wins in a season and fails to get to 5 wins.

If nothing else, this will make us think of the, um, Sixers in a whole new light.

Take a look at that Simple Rating System number for this year. Then again, look at it for the last two years and realize we've lost most of our talent from last year's bad team.

We may be the Ivy equivalent of the Sixers...seriously.

I'm a lifelong Knicks fan, and they're not much better. It's going to be a long, miserably cold sports winter around here. I'm also a lifelong Giants fan, and I know you Iggles fans are probably gloating about Big Blue's ineptitude.

I will be watching college hoops this winter more dispassionately than I have in a very long time.

After watching Kentucky completely disarticulate Kansas last night...

Lafayette is crushing Princeton. Good news for Penn fans ---at least we won't be the only ones to lose big to Lafayette.

Of course, Fran O'Hanlon is the guy we should have hired in 2010. Jerome might be ready to be a head coach by now. But Bilsky had to try and cover his behind.

Fran O'Hanlon is the guy we should have hired when Dunphy left
