If that's what you like. You must enjoy echos.
Of course, you are always welcome on our boards...if you have something to say.

Princeton certainly shot more free throws but our team does foul a ton and seemed to be aiming to play physically (also our team frankly just is more physical except for maybe Jones).
Agree officiating was terrible but thought it was terrible both ways. That's not what lost us the game though anyway.

As a general matter, the refs did not decide the game yesterday. Penn plays terrible positional defense and, at least in the first half, committed almost all of the fouls that were called. However, in the second half, Princeton realized that they would get the call whenever they drove the lane and started blindly going one on two towards the hoops, getting the whistle almost every time even though they were initiating the contact. Most of these should have been non-calls. But still, Penn had a 15 point lead with 13 to go and started making stupid passes, forcing terrible shots and simply stopped doing the things that got them the lead. A loss of composure is on us, not them. Had Penn simply traded points, it was an easy win. I didn't see Princeton change anything they were doing---we did.

Agreed the refs did not cost us the game. Our total loss of composure on offense is what did us in. How you can show decent spacing, good ball movement & good movement without the ball for thirty or so minutes then completely forget how to do those things is beyond my ability to explain. Please stay on here Tiger69, but when you whine, I do & will enjoy pointing it out.
Secondly, I suppose they are bringing him back slowly from the stress fracture, but how does Auger get only 17 minutes?

Fair enough. If I whine, I deserve whatever you can dish out.

I am not looking forward to four years of facing Auger. Talented, tough, smart, plays with an edge, has a smirky resting face and an annoying French pronunciation of his name.
As a long-time defender of Hicks, though, I am at a loss to understand what he was doing on offense during PU's comeback. Regardless of whether some of his shots were well-chosen, there were some hideous bricks in there, and he used to look pretty good from outside. It was puzzling though a relief.

So why only 16 against Princeton when he was extremely effective?

It may have been the 4 PFs. I think he was an eager participant in Caruso's parade to the foul line.

It was. 2nd foul with 9:19 left in the first half. Every coach sits you the rest of the half when that happens.
4th foul with 8:03 left and a 5 point lead. Don't think he ever came back in after that. Again, most coaches remove you there (though most probably bring you back in the last 4 minutes).
