Season opens in 2.5 hours! Very exciting.

Line has dropped from Harvard -12 to -8.5. Wonder if this reflects any inside info on the availability of McCarthy and/or Steeves?

Harvard fortunate to be tied at half after Dartmouth led by as many as nine.

McCarthy and Steeves both playing (Steeves very well), Egi in coat and tie.

Zena being effectively doubled and having a rough game shooting thus far.

Wright and Steeves shooting well. Boudreaux and Okolie each effective. If Zena can have impact on second half, Harvard it would be big.

In the last couple of minutes, Okolie seals the deal with a classic Okolie steal leading to an uncharacteristic ability to finish under the rim, and complete the 3-point play, then a clutch 3, sinks 6 straight free throws...

He's sure matured. His confidence, free throw shooting, and ability to finish under the rim are remarkable improvements from prior years.

And Steeves. What redemption after 3 years of frustration...Liked his post game interview where he says "Its rewarding to see hard work pay off."

I assume that's the sort of defense we'll see against Zena except maybe from Yale. The key is him not getting frustrated and continuing to make good passes out of double teams.

Also interesting that Tommy kept him on the bench during crunch time to avoid Hack-a-Zena.

Not sure who we'll be able to do that against. He's such a presence at both ends of the court.

Absolutely. I remember hearing he was a 30+ point scorer in Canada. Wondered if Amaker tried to get him? Remember, Agunwa was a role player until recently. Might have helped Brown nab his brother

The younger Okolie will be a better offensive player than the elder, but defensively, Agunwa should be this year's DPOY & Obi likely won't get close to that level. The younger Okolie should be a very good player though, just different.

What happened to the Legacy concept at Harvard?

Obi Okoli - Brown
Kamali Chambers - BU
Brighton Miller - Utah St. (currently on mission?)
Reid Travis - Stanford

Am I missing any others?

Well, 3 they didn't want and the one they did (Travis) turned them down.

That seems statistically accurate according to the "urban legend" that 30% of legacies are accepted!

Too bad Chris Lewis isn't a legacy. Would've been great to have had Mo Lewis a LB.
