Did not see the game, just noticed the score. Anyone observe it?
This is not our year for playing a virginia school.

So if you lose to North Carolina, you can't say you lost to a "Carolina School?"

West Virginia is a state.
That used to be a part of the Commonwealth of Virginia and still follows Virginia legal precedent.

I don't know about that logic---Maine was part of Massachusetts. Tennessee was part of Franklin...or was that the other way around?

Tiger women came out hot and strong and ran out to big early lead. WVU was just too big, strong, fast and quick and ground us down. Game was very close until the end. Great season and careers for the seniors.

Wheatley (18 pts on 9-10 from field) and Tarakchian (20 pts, 10 rebs) went out with a bang, Williams played well while in, Berntsen (1-11, 4 pts) and Miller (1-8, 3 pts), sadly, went out with a whimper. Got to step up in big games.

And I used the descriptive word virginia, not the proper noun Virginia.

Is Tennessee bound by legal precedent of another jurisdiction, like WV?

Franklin certainly is bound by Tennessee precedent.
