Probable Starters:
Morgan, Hatter, Fallas, Wright and Gettings
Wright was listed as a probable starter for the Houston game that he missed.
According to the Daily Sun article, Wright is practicing but the coach does not know when Wright will return. Onuorah appears to be missing his 6th straight game.
It would not be surprising if the starting lineup replaced Wright with Bathurst, like the Houston game.
Northeastern was picked 7th in the pre-season Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), and is presently ranked #185 in KenPom. Cornell was picked 7th in the Ivy League and is currently ranked #245 in KenPom.
The Huskies opened its season by beating Boston University and UConn. On 11/17, the team rebounded from a 17 point deficit to beat Kent State.
Northeastern is led by Senior guard T.J. Williams, who is leading the CAA in scoring (22.5 points per game, as well as minutes played (35.5), and assists (6.17 per game). 6' 8" forward Alex Murphy, a graduate transfer with prior stops at Duke and Florida, is second in scoring at 11.7 points per game and leads in rebounds with 5.8 per game.

Based on the Daily Sun article, I would tab Wright more as an unlikely starter, but maybe Coach Earl is working on his counterintelligence game.
Onuorah's absence is puzzling and concerning. He's still traveling with the team and beating gate agents at push-ups (https://twitter.com/Cornell_SID). He may not set the world on fire on offense, but his rim protection and rebounding can't be replaced on this team.

Starting lineup is Morgan, Hatter, Fallas, Whiteside, and Gettings.
The tweet with Onuorah was a bit surprising. If he's not able to play, probably not a good idea to post that video.
Hopefully, they are competitive against the Huskies, tonight.

The tweet was from the SID....
Entertaining first half, even though the Red trails 44-40. And a Donovan Wright sighting.

At halftime, Northeastern 44 and Cornell 40. Maybe the most complete half of basketball the team has played this season.
Morgan has 21 points (7-8 overall, 4-5 from three and 3-3 FT) and 5 rebounds. Most of the points were scored after he picked up two early fouls.
Hatter has 5 points and 5 assists. Josh Warren has 6 points. Donovan Wright was able to come off the bench and give the team a few minutes in the first half.
The team shot 56% overall and 60% (6-10) from downtown. They have 12 assists on 15 baskets. Even though Northeastern is bigger and stronger, Cornell is leading in rebounds 17-14.
If there is one downside, besides Morgan's two fouls, it is nine turnovers.
Northeastern's T.J. Miller has 17 points and Alex Murphy has exceeded his season average with 12 first half points. The team is shooting 49% and 42% (5-12) from three.

Great game for the Big Red 80-77 over a tough Northeastern team as Matt Morgan notches career high 34. First home win for Brian Earl.

Great Win for the Red, 80-77, over Northeastern.
Morgan goes for career high 34. Hatter added 10 points in the second half, for a total of 15. He added 8 assists, including a driving dish to Josh Warren to take a 76-75 lead with 0:40 seconds to go.
In addition to that layup, Josh Warren hit two free throws in the last several seconds to seal the win. Warren had a career high 12 points and 6 assists.
The team shot 51% and 44% from three (11-25). While the team hit 11-17 from the free throw line, they hit six of the seven shots in the last 10 minutes.
They were equal on the board, 30-30. They had 22 assist on 29 baskets. They ended up with 13 turnovers, with 4 coming in the second half.
Best ball movement of the season, and they battled back after the game seemed like it could be slipping away late.
A great win for the squad to build on.

Really nice win. The D needs tightening, but give the Red credit, they made the late stops they needed.
The offense, however, was impressive. 22 assists on 29 made FGs; 6 players had at least two assists, including Hatter with 8. The lone freshman, Josh Warren, had a great all-around game, part of which was hitting a lay-up to give Cornell a late lead and then burying a pair of free throws to set the final score.
Work still to be done, but that was a nice game to take into exams.
Edit: Or what rbq said.

Great Win for the Red, 80-77, over Northeastern.
Great win for the league, too. At this point in the young season, except for Yale's W in Seattle, this seems to qualify as the league's best win so far this year... maybe about the same as the Bulldogs' OT win over Lehigh.
But when one considers it came from the Big Red, a team not expected to compete for the league crown this year, that's really good stuff. Congrats to Cornell and Coach Earl.
