Cornell’s Matt Morgan was a dominant force in the Big Red’s 80-77 win over defending CAA champion Northeaster, a team that already knocked off both Connecticut and Kent State. Morgan finished the game with 34 points, including the game-winning bucket with 19 seconds remaining. He nailed a career-high seven 3-points, matching a Cornell record at Newman Arena while adding six rebounds and three assists. This is Cornell’s first win at home under head coach Brian Earl.
