Sienna did all they could to give us this one. We just would not take it. Officials ruined this game.

You can never, ever trust Doug's opinions on basketball, but he left no doubt that the officials were horrible. He also noted several times that Thomas was playing poorly.

We had many, many instances of poor shot selection.

It's disappointing mostly because this is the first game we haven't closed out when we had a late lead, albeit small. They easily could have rolled over down 11 - Doug had already written them off - but fought back one more time to grab the lead. I like the fight in this team even when they're not shooting well.

He's graduating from a high end university without any student loan debt and moving on with the rest of his life.

Two big composure loss plays in the last minute today.

I've been around basketball for almost 50 years and it's not hard to see what's going on .Its like the elephant in the room.

Its hard to see so please explain oldschool. I see many pink elephants with polka dots all the time but I don't see this one. I second 89's request for the theory.

Bison 89,I am a novice to the new world of message boards with debatable discussions. I attend many sport functions with friends and enjoy the live talk and if so debates.I follow probably about 20 players at any given time, through high school and the collegiate level. You guys are much more knowledgable than I and would like to hear your thoughts.

Let's not make a story out of nothing. Coach Davis puts the players he feels give us the best chance to win on the floor. Right now, that doesn't include Johnny. I also wouldn't read too much into Johnny not playing at Siena. Siena's size wouldn't have allowed it. Only guy he could have guarded would have been Wright and he wouldn't have done a better job than Brown.

With Brown being our best player on the court yesterday, I'm not sure when Johnny would have found any time since having two guys under 6 feet out there against a team without anybody under six feet isn't a formula for success. You don't have to be a coach to understand that

The team is 7-4 and will likely finish the non-conference 8-5 or 9-4 - much better than almost anyone predicted. Don't see how you can criticize the current line-up.

No disrespect to John, but we had this debate last season and it's not worth having again.
