Sam with another huge 3 as UCF was starting to gain momentum. Penn up 10 with 12 to play but the fouls are really starting to mount.

Sam with a nose injury I wouldn't wish on anyone. The announcers are speculating it might be broken.

Darnell misses a wide, wide open 3, UCF scores at the other end and all of a sudden it's 42-39 halfway thru the 2nd.

Caleb Wood made two technical foul shots. Those have been Penn's only appearance at the foul line.

That was brutally bad def by Foreman on that one... did they say that was his first basket of the season? Or just the game?

Sam airballs another 3 and gets the quick hook. Hamilton with a very impressive athletic reverse layup. And now with a nice offensive rebound of a Howard missed 3.

2nd miss by Brodeur of a long two point shot from the top of the key. Not sure that's what our offensive strategy should be.

Tacko checks out. MacDonald able to drive and hit a floater. Foreman misses a layup but UCF squanders the rebound. Penn up 7 with 3 to play.

Penn with a poor offensive possession with Tacko back in there. Now UCF hits a 3 and it's a 4 point game with 2 to play.

AJ with a nice bucket. On the other end, MacDonald playing behind Tacko fouls him before he shoots. Works out, as UCF does not score.

AJ with ANOTHER drive and gets the ball in the hoop past Tacko. Penn up 8 under a minute to play. Tacko at the line.
