Game about to start and the starting lineup is:
Morgan, Hatter, Fallas, Whiteside and Gettings.

Not sure if the coach is going to a 4 guard lineup to run with the Cowboys or there is an injury to Wright.

Wyoming started out on a 12-2 run. Cornell got it down to a three point lead, 21-18, with 9:48 left in the half. The Cowboys then went on a 35-10 run the rest of the half to take a 28 point halftime lead, 56-28.

The lead grew to 32 by the 14:24 mark of the second half. By the end of the game, Cornell got it down to 17 points.

In the first half, Wyoming scored 56 points, its most since 2013. As a team, the Cowboys shot 54% from the field, 53% from beyond the arc (8-15), and 91% from the line (10-11). They assisted on 14 of the 19 field goals and outrebounded Cornell 23-13.

In the first half, junior forward Hayden Dalton, in his first start of the year, scored 21 points (7-8 FG, 3-3 3-PT), 7 Rebounds, and 2 Assists. Junior guard Jason McManamen added 17 points and junior guard Louis Adams scored 9. By the end of the game, Dalton and Adams had career highs of 27 24,respectively.

The Cowboys shot 47% overall, 44% (12-27) from three and 84% (21-25)from the line. They outscored Cornell 18-2 on second chance points and 40-28 with points in the paint.

For Cornell, Stone Gettings had a career high 23 points (8-14 overall, 3-3 from three and 4-4 FT). Troy Whiteside, making his second start of the season, had a career high 17 points (7-9 overall, 2-3 from three).

The Big Red shot 31% overall and 33% (4-12) from three in the first half. In the second half, the team shot 57% overall and 40% (4-10) from three.

Robert Hatter and Moran were a combined 0-12 overall and 0-7 from three in the first half. Morgan scored 16 and Hatter scored 5 in the second half.

Josh Warren, one of the top offensive rebounders in the Ivy League, had 3 offensive boards (8 total) in his 17 minutes of play.

Coach Earl started with a four guard set, then switched to three and two guard sets throughout the first half. In the second, the team played four and three guard lineups. No matter the grouping, the Red could not keep up with the faster and stronger Cowboys.

Cornell now has dropped to a KenPom ranking of #261, 7th in the Ivy League (Brown is #6 at #258 and Dartmouth is #317). The team's next game is its second of the Las Vegas Invitational, a road matchup at USC (KenPom #40) on Monday night at 10:30 pm EST.
