Mens BB (Howard) and Mens Ice Hockey (RPI) tonight at home. Bigger game is Womens BB (10-1) vs Buffalo (10-0) in Fordham Holiday classic at 2:30pm.
Mens BB KenPom rating sliding up to 136 following Houston's blowout of UConn. Houston now #40 KenPom. Best Ivy win this year. Harvard really has a chance to leap forward at #89 Vermont on Jan. 2nd.
Looking to extend winning streaks: Mens BB (4); Womens BB (10) and Mens Hockey (3).

Watched ILDN replay of men's 21 point victory over a depleted Howard squad. Found it tough to watch as minutes were really spread around. Zena's rebounding (16 in 22 minutes) and Aiken's scoring (23pts in 24 minutes) made the difference. Zena credited with 2 blocks, but I noted a few more.
Zena's performance is expected, but Bryce shooting 7-11 (6-9 on 3's) is unexpected as he's struggled to shoot efficiently thus, although he's shown improvement. Ten players played 8 minutes or more, and top 5 NCAA assist leader Chambers only had 3 assists (2 in first few minutes).
On to Vermont, a real test of this improving squad.
