Well, the metrics have changed since the first meeting. I think the metrics mean more now because they have more data points. To me, that's what the first game was -- another data point that impacts the whole.

Obviously, the team has played well below the prior metrics over the last few games, and admittedly it has played much worse since the Brown game (the first two games of the Ivy season were reasonably close losses to teams that the metrics said would likely beat us anyway, but since Brown we've only really shown up for the Harvard game in conference). To me though, the games at the lower end of our playing range aren't any more (or less) indicative of our level than the games at the high end. We are what we are, in total.
