Despite success with having Robert Hatter come off the bench the previous few games, Coach Earl put the senior back into the starting rotation for his first return to Jadwin.

The game was close for the first part of the contest, but the Tigers were able to break out to a 10 point lead with just over 9 minutes to go. They held that lead, 36-26, at the end of the first half.

The Red took control at the start of the second half, going on a 16-2 run over the first 6:30 minutes to take a 42-38 lead. Four minutes later, the game was knotted at 47. The Tigers then went on a 16-8 run to take a 8 point lead with 2:50 to go. Cornell got as close as 5, but the Tigers took the game by 9.

Morgan had 23 points and Hatter had 18 points. Gettings only had 4 points, but 13 rebounds.

The team shot 45% overall from the field. They had another poor three point game with 22% (4-18) and again had troubles from the free throw line (62%, 8-13).

Princeton was led by Weisz (21 pts), Stephens (14 pts) and Cannady (14 pts). The team shot 41% from the floor and 30% from three (7-23), but they went 14-16 (88%) from the free throw line.
