Quakers up 37-28 at the half.

30-10 rebounding advantage, with 15-2 on the offensive side.

Very good ball movement with 11 assists on 15 baskets, which has been lacking of late.

Sam is 3-6 from three, rest of team is 3-14.

Lions are 4-7 from three (57%), but 29% from two (5-17). Smith, Petrasek and Hickman have 20 between them, but Penn has done a good job controlling them.

Some concerns for the second half - turnovers and FTs. Penn has 10 turnovers and Columbia has advantage in free throws (6-8 vs 1-2).

It's amazing they've got any lead at all given the continued fundamental defensive mistakes and horrible perimeter shooting. Thank god for offensive rebounds.

Down to 3. Backdoored again and the offense looks bad. AJ unable to finish...again. Never gets the foul and now picks up his third.

Another putrid offensive possession and we're down to one. If Foreman and Goodman are in together why does Darnell have the ball in his hands? Do they really think Goodman is a 2 in this scenario?

Goodman taught too well by Foreman, drives in transition against two bigs and throws up awkward off-balance shot that's easily blocked.

AJ has taken two shots to the face tonight, no calls.

And we're back to horrible basketball again. Down 4. Turnover after turnover.

Offensive rebounds have dried up, and we still can't shoot.

Back to back 3s and a good stop but the refs blew it and gave CU the ball back after the 8min timeout.

Darnell just gives them a free layup on another awful pass. Don't know what to say. Can't believe we actually had a Woods vs Foreman debate. It's not close.

The sane bad official gets Darnell when we had a great block up 4. And Jackson back in. For no reason.

The very definition of lazy pass. Rothschild didn't exactly go strong after it either.

Donahue yet again goes under a screen and creates a foul on a teammate.

Up 6 with 37 after Darnell hits two big free throws.
