If the Lehigh students taunt hen I say go ahead an taunt, but keep it classy. I do think Kempton is whiny and childish and appears condescending to his teammates, but I also think he thrives somewhat on people taunting him. Perhaps a chant that even his own teammates don't like him would be good, because that gets all of the team thinking instead of playing.

On another note, our credit card was charged earlier today so we have tickets!

Looks like there should be a decent Lehigh crowd at the game. According to lehigh90 on the Lehigh Sports Form, "Lehigh added a second bus for fans, and another student bus apparently. According to email I received. Sounds like 3 buses coming from campus."

GO BISON!

I was expecting a lot more than three. For such a short distance, that sounds pretty poor. They will have plenty who drive, of course, but it sounds like they sold less tickets than I expected.

Btw, this continues the streak of only one visiting team ever using their full allocation of tickets for a championship game. That would be Bucknell in 2007 at Holy Cross.

That game at HC in 2007 felt like a Bucknell home game. The place was rocking in the 2H when Bucknell came back. If only we had sealed the deal.

If Lehigh loses tomorrow, then Kempton's college career is probably over. .

Not that it matters, but I think there is a 99% chance Lehigh will put up the money for a pay-for-play event if they lose - either the CIT,CBI, or the Vegas16. Remember they put up the money to continue their season four years ago and got to travel to Wyoming (and lose).

That's why I used the word "probably." If Lehigh loses, they're not going to the NIT but they could buy their way into one of the tournaments you mentioned. That said, Kempton is a 2X POY who I'm sure desperately wants to play in the dance. While I don't like him, I respect his ability. I think he'll be super motivated tomorrow and is capable of having the best game against Bucknell of his career. I'm concerned that he will be very aggressive offensively and draw early fouls on Nana. If Nana has to sit with two fouls for much of the first half, then we're in serious trouble. Sestina's going to be a very good player but Kempton can eat him, and DJ, alive.

Even more motivation to play well! According to the Lehigh Board, Kempton needs 16 points and 16 rebounds to pass Mike Muscala in both categories:

Vegas says Bucknell -6. Hate to say it but Lehigh sounds like the lock of the century getting 6 points. I would have thought Bucknell would be a 1-2 point favorite. I hope I'm wrong!

Side note, does anyone know Pat Andree's status? He seemed to twist up his knee or ankle pretty bad at the end of last game.

Andre was on crutches yesterday. Seeing the way he exited the court, I doubt he will be ready to play.

BUFan, I didn't believe you when you posted the pointspread. So, I looked it up:

http://www.oddsshark.com/ncaab/lehigh-bucknell -odd...

You are 100% correct.

Even though I hope that the Bison win by 20, I'll take Lehigh and 6 points! Where can I make a bet?

Do you know why Lehigh uses brown for their colors?

I'm more curious to know why our two schools have the same fight song and, more importantly, who had it first.

A rousing Lehigh performance that is rather evocative of The Three Stooges:

Consider that:

- Bucknell is much older than Lehigh
- Bucknell had a football team before Lehigh
- Bucknell had a football All-American before Lehigh
- Bucknell won a Bowl Game before Lehigh
- Bucknell had a basketball team before Lehigh
- Bucknell won a basketball NCAA game before Lehigh
- Bucknell has a better mascot/nickname than either of the two sad Lehigh attempts.

Given this history, it's pretty clear Bucknell must have been first with the fight song as well.

That is not true. You need the app which will cost $4.95, and you can watch all you want. Not sure if it is worth it for the few videos you can watch. I got it for that as well as the radio broadcasts. But if you are in the Eagle 107 area, no need for that.
