The NCAA is about MONEY not atmosphere or class. 8800 does not square with 20,000. It is still a nice honor for Penn to host.

I think the NCAA wanted to bring it back to the WFC and we lobbied for it, thinking that the rule that we cannot play in the East Regional that year was not a major risk ;-)
