Given their extraordinary athleticism and willingness to share the spotlight, I can't wait to see Llewellyn and Myles Stephens on the court together

He may be the Tigers' highest-rated commit, although I can't remember how many stars were bestowed upon Ian Hummer.
Three stars, by VC: Hummer VC
One star, by 24/7: Hummer 247

I only meant "late" in message-board time. Other teams were generating lots of news about offers and recruits while it was radio silence in Tigerland.

Last time I asked, MH had just landed a 4* point guard. I'm dropping my line back in the water. Any new big fish?

Brendan Adams is a 6'4" point guard from Hanover (MD) who attends Calvert Hall High School in Towson. He plays for Team Melo in the EYBL.
Verbal Commits lists him as a two-star, but Georgetown and Minnesota sites have him listed as a three-star recruit.
Back in 5/2017, Rivals had him listed as at Top-150 point guard - https://stanford.rivals.com/news/top-150-point-gu a...
Adams has narrow down his list to 9 teams - Princeton, Minnesota, Rhode Island, St. Joe's, UMass, Georgia Tech, Georgia, George Mason, and Wyoming.

He removed Columbia, Kansas State, Stanford, Siena, St. Bonaventure (where his brother plays), George Washington, Towson, and Hofstra from his list.

Seems like having a 4-star PG already committed might not work to Princeton's advantage with Brendan Adams.

Not necessarily. MH has a style of putting the most versatile players on the court. If he has two athletes as talented as these two, neither will languish on the bench.

PG Ethan Wright from Newtonville, MA has committed to Princeton. According to Verbal Commits, he had offers from Yale, Brown, Vermont, and a few other mid-majors.

Apparently used to playing for fans wearing orange, based on his video, so that's a plus. Not one trey attempt even depicted, perhaps a concern, and only one assist shown. A lot of MH-disapproved pull-up mid-range shots going in. But the whole thing looked to be from a single game, so even more than usual shouldn't be taken too seriously. Plus finishing with the left hand does translate, regardless of opposition.

I read an on-line article in the local Newton paper in which his coach refers to him as a good rebounder and his best defender. So he appears to have a good all round game in addition to his scoring ability.
I was unable to attach it to this post for some reason, but it was dated last January.

If Llewellyn lives up to his billing, I expect that other PGs will have to be able to move to other positions in order to get significant PT. I liked MH's balanced approach last year after Brase and Caruso were lost to injury. If there are enough talented players who can shoot, pass, rebound and play defense. I can see us continuing last year's style of play. We had plenty of options and no opponent could afford to double team any of our players.

Here is some more info on Ethan Wright, including the article mentioned by THOS.

T69 - I agree with your point about PG playing time given Llewellyn's commitment. Wright appears to have a diverse range of skills and in Princeton's offense the parts tend to be more interchangeable so the coaching staff can get the most out of a player like him.
Over the weekend Llewellyn torched USA Blue 2018 for 43 points in an Adidas tournament in Houston.

Cannady will be a senior in 2018-19 which is a plus as it will give Henderson some time to figure how to best utilize the two freshmen. The talent at guard is thin after this year unless Morales or Reynoso-Avila develop which is a question mark.

Isn't there a guard among the talented group coming in this fall?

I can't guarantee that Desrosiers, Much and Schweiger will make you forget about Cook, Caruso and Weisz but they are all good enough to be quality rotation players from the start at the very least. Add to that Bell, Stephens and Cannady and I don't think that either of last year's backcourt frosh developing is an imperative.

It's not like anybody saw Caruso coming, either. So I see plenty of upside.

Here is a 4-star SF from DC who has included Princeton in his top 6, only 2 of which are not Power Five schools:

Dare we hope for ANOTHER 4 star in the same class? What's going on here?
