Sweet video tweet from Bucknell men's basketball today:

Has anyone else noticed the Bucknell athletics social media presence looks like it's going to the next level this school year? An overdue and highly welcome development!

#4. Nana Foulland (Bucknell)

Vitals: Senior, 6-9, 230 pounds
Stats: 15.0 ppg, 7.8 rpg, 2.1 bpg, 63% FG%
I got a question during my Periscope chat on Wednesday night wondering why Foulland doesn’t get national attention. My answer: I have no idea. So, let’s give him some national attention right now. Foulland is a 4-year starter at center who does everything you could ask of a mid-major center. He’s a prolific post scorer who has one of the better jump hooks in college basketball, while also being an excellent rim protector. I have a feeling Foulland will have a chance to showcase his talents in the NCAA Tournament this season, as the Bison are prohibitive favorites in the Patriot League this season.

Did anybody read about #6 on the Mid Major Centers' list? Justin Tillman (VCU) can touch 2.5' above the rim!!! That is just insane. I am going to guesstimate that this equates to 40"-44" vertical, but I could be wrong.

To put this in perspective, here are the top 3 verticals of all time in the NBA:
1. 48" Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain and Darrell "Dr. Dunkenstein" Griffin (I wish that I had a cool nickname.)
3. 46" Michael Jordon

Please don't confuse this with "standing vertical" which tends to be lower.

Jon Rothstein has Nana on his list of the 15 least appreciated players in college basketball:

"Nana Foulland, Bucknell: This is the type of mid-major big man high-major opponents don’t want to see in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Strong and sturdy at 6-9 and 230 pounds, Foulland improved last season as a rim protector, averaging 2.1 blocks and swatting four or more shots in six separate games. If Bucknell has the type of season many expect it to have, Foulland will be on America’s radar by early February."
