Very interesting article on Zach Thomas, who will be having a homecoming game of sorts. Talks about his huge academic load as a biomedical engineer.
Balancing act for Bucknell's Zach Thomas always leans toward basketball

It was great to hear the ESPN announcers talking during the UNC game about Zach's academic acheivements. That get's overlooked way to often.

Toomer is in a walking boot, he must have gotten hurt at practice, he looked fine at UNC

Moore starting. Doug mentioned Toomer will be out "a few weeks." Better now than January I suppose.

Only down 3 with 13:00 to go. Foulland and Sestina not playing overly well yet. Thomas yet to really be involved with Maryland on him closely. Other guys have to get it going. Overall defense seems to be decent but still giving up some rebounds.

Straight on jump shot! And Bucknell is playing really well the last few minutes...can’t keep up the 3-pt % but can keep up the good defense and smart play.

Glad to see Paul Newman get in the game. Bucknell was down, he came in and they took the lead and haven't looked back. Bucknell is looking good, too many players doing well to mention. I hope they can pull it off and then come home and raise some banners at Sojka.

16-5 run for Maryland to start the second half..Bucknell looked bad. Still have the lead but both teams look like different teams from first half.

Davis waited again way to long to call the time out! The game is slipping away quickly. Bison need to play 40 minutes of basketball.

So many shots in second half are short. We are definitely a step or two slower than the Terps. Also we do not often box out strong.

Lack of rebounding continues to be an issue as you say phillie no box outs.

Brutal way to lose. Have to believe fatigue from the schedule played a role. Hopefully they learn from this.
The first half showed how good we can be. Hopefully we play with confidence as the schedule gets slightly easier.

Agree about waiting to call a timeout was maddening. Rebounding was another key to this game as every game. And we just couldn’t hit anything down the stretch, maybe shot too many threes the last few minutes.
Was about to post then the guys hit two threes in last 10 seconds. The foul call with .5 to go was questionable but created some excitement. Would’ve been nice to get this win, the guys played really well overall and deserved more than a moral victory. Hope guys get some rest.
