I think Penn gets their allotment for a big 5 game. I saw an email that they will be distributed via a pre determined hierarchy of donors//ticket holders.

Penn Basketball Fans,
This year’s Penn Men’s Basketball game against Villanova will be played at The Jake Nevin Field House on Villanova’s Campus on Wednesday, November 29th at 7 pm. Due to the size of the venue (less than 2,000 seats), we will only have access to our agreed upon allotment of tickets for all Big 5 away games and will not be able to order extra seats. With what is expected to be a very high demand game we will be allocating tickets using the following priority:
1. Above the Rim Club members
2. R. Tait McKenzie Society members
3. Non-Above the Rim Club donors to Basketball
4. Non-R. Tait McKenzie Society donors to Athletics
5. Season ticket holders
6. Penn Alumni
We will be taking orders today through next Sunday, November 26th and we will allocate tickets the following Monday, November 27th. You can request as many tickets as you like by clicking here or calling the Penn Ticket Office at 215-898-6151, but we will be capping tickets at 4 until we work our way through the priority. Tickets are $60 each and no one will be charged until it is clear that you will receive tickets to the game.
Tickets will be available for pickup Monday evening, November 27th, from 3 pm until 5 pm, Tuesday, November 28th between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm and Wednesday, November 29th from 9 am until noon. In addition, any ticket not picked up from the Penn Ticket Office can be picked up at Will Call (at Villanova) beginning at 5:30 pm on the day of the game.
