Foreman can't get picked from behind like that, though.

Well, I'm pretty comfortable saying neither Woods nor Foreman plays elite defense.
Got to take care of the ball.

I think that ship sailed a while back. Unfortunately it sank in the harbor and never made it out to sea.

We're actually moving the ball around better than what I had anticipated....just can't put it in the hoop.

Basically trading baskets. Nova not missing many shots. We look halfway decent on the other end, though.

We're showing flashes, but there's no consistency.
They've reversed us. 74-47.

Simmons is a DNP so far. Wonder what's going on there.
Scratch that. He's in now.

Hit a three to boot.
If you think we have it bad tonight, Princeton is losing by 22 to Lehigh at the half. At home.

I guess the virus that hit Monmouth spread to this board.
Whatever that was.
Alright, let's move on from this game.

Not much to say about this game except that damn Villanova is good. I thought we did a decent job creating open shots but just didn't hit them. We did a good job on the boards and didn't turn it over too much. Shooting was just really bad.
A few thoughts;
- Scott looked a lot like a raw frosh again, but Simmons I thought did a few nice things so progress for him. Hope we see more of him because we need that added athleticism.
- I will say that while Foreman scored a few nice hoops, I just really wish a few of those empty drives he would have focused on creating shots for others, but that's just not him. Woods didn't do much in that regard either. Hoping when Williams is ready that will be him...
- You won't see in box score but I thought Goodman looked more like last year today. Was quick and moved ball which I liked.
Wow Columbia took UConn to OT so good for them. Yale and Princeton however not looking great. Overall seems like a crap night for the league...

We didn't force a lot of poor shots, agreed. Shots just weren't falling.
Meanwhile, Princeton about to have an embarrassing home loss to Lehigh. So our night wasn't quite as bad as some others.

Fooled by Randomness. Again. We played decent, they shot the ball great and we shot it ok. 2nd year in a row they shot the ball with superb randomness.
