It's unclear to me that a faster tempo is a good thing.

If we learn how to defend resolutely with a faster pace, I think we'll be a much better team.

The biggest thing is defending the 3pt line especially with screens. We tend to go under and the other player doesn't hedge out, which leads to open look. IMO, I think we should go over and the other defender must hedge out to help the guy fighting through the screen.
