What’s the chance of Pat Flannery being named AD? What’s the chance that he’d want it? Or would they go for someone younger?

Zero, zero, and yes.

I think that's correct on all counts.
On a related topic, I see that Rick Hartzell was just named AD at D2 Upper Iowa University. Seems like a bit of a comedown from Northern Iowa and Bucknell. He interviewed for P5 conference jobs but never got one. I wouldn't interview him for the Bucknell job.

Pardon my naïveté or outright stupidity but why wouldn’t PF be considered if he was interested which I agree with you it doesn’t appear he may be. Feel free to answer internally

He may like what he is doing. Don’t know him, but he seems like he’d be a schmoozer and he is in the perfect schmoozer’s job.

Just speculation, but I'd say there are a couple of factors - other than that he probably has no interest. One is that he is over 60. Unless Bucknell was for some reason looking for a short-term place-holder, that wouldn't work in his favor. Secondly, the job description for an AD is dramatically different than for a head coach. I'm not sure if Pat has ever managed a large group of people. Also managing a huge budget and a huge amount of NCAA red tape would be somewhat new. That's not to say that he couldn't adapt and learn and do a good job - but those would be some of the considerations of the search committee.

He may be hiring a new men's bball coach at the end of the season.
Richmond is off to a poor start and may finish its OOC schedule at 2-10. The A-10 is down this year (it could be a one-bid league); nevertheless, Richmond may struggle to win 10 games this year. His poor recent record versus cross-town rival VCU has not helped.
There is a growing sentiment that it's time to move on from Mooney.
