Don't take it personally, dude. I can be plenty critical of the Quakers on the Penn board.
Watched the second half and the OT (hey, I needed some comic relief and a late night break from grading finals). It really was nearly a colossal choke job--Princeton had total command of that game and it would have been ridiculous to have lost it. They did great in the OT and never looked back.

Maybe Boatwright & co. will be back for Diamond Head. On to MTSU, a well-coached and talented outfit.

I always get a kick out of coaches after a bad loss -- at least some of them. The two replacement players are 4 and 5 star recruits including the son and uncle of two all time UCLA players, O'Bannon -- I really feel bad for the USC coach.
In fairness, if Penn won this type of game, there would be "dancing in the streets" especially in light of comments after the Dayton game. Perhaps, an Eagles fan??
There is no doubt that Princeton caught some breaks with USC injuries. It is only one game and Tigers could easily lose a rematch.
Reality is what Walton commented as to how well the Tigers played because that is only what you can control.

Nah--we've previously celebrated against USC in Los Angeles. That game also featured a corner 3 bank shot by Klatsky which defied the laws of physics.
Penn vs USC, 2003. Koko returns home.

Gotcha -- a mere 15 years ago against a 13-17 USC team.

Worth pointing out that a Charles O'Bannon was on the losing side for the last two Princeton wins against Pac 10 / Pac 12 teams.

It was interesting to see Henderson pare down the rotation in an overtime game. Much and DesRosiers are core members of the team and Schwieger is going to get some playing time. In a perfect world, Morales and Gladson come back as you suggest and are probably part of the rotation if healthy. If they do not come back, Henderson may have to pare down to 7 for challenging games.
Young and Brennan are playing their way out of the rotation even being seniors. LeBlanc may be coming back in. Obviously, the big 3 need to stay healthy. Coach certainly has time before the year-end foray at the Palestra as to finalizing the rotation assuming that they are in the hunt.
Stephens, Bell and Much have really stepped it up over the past several games. Stephens brings something to the table that is un-Ivy like.

And Much is adapting fast at the offensive end. Even his highlight reel from high school didn't prepare me for his ability to dribble past defenders, although it did show his great shooting form and excellent passing. He probably needs to catch up defensively some, but that will come. His growing into the game this season is hugely important.
And yes, Stephens is not your typical Ivy player. In some ways he always reminded me of Wesley Saunders. And now that he's taking and making open treys, he's much more potent than he was and there is more space for everyone else to play. So he could be really great going forward.

The Princeton game is probably why USC didn't make the NCAA Tourney.

More like lost 2 of its 4 last games without its best player who won’t be back. So best to take those ratings with proper grain of salt that was deserved.

They went 8-3 this year without Boatwright, and Metu and McLaughlin are both just as good, if not better players than he is. They also made a run to the finals of the Pac 12 tournament without him.
What hurt USC is that their best win is probably NMSU or MTSU, both mid majors on a neutral court, they didn't knock off any of the top teams in the Pac 12, and they lost at home to Princeton.

USC is way better than ASU, as they proved in conference play. They are a very good team, with or without Boatwright--Metu and the point guard are the key players.
