You're right that you have to sign in with a cable provider. I keep forgetting how cheap Q is. Who here doesn't have all the ESPN networks?

I cannot believe it's not on ILDN. Why in hell am I paying for this if I can't watch Penn-Princeton?

Same reason.

"cable" is a myth. You can pick and chose any combination of channels you wish. And it can be through streaming, cable, satellite, FIOS, etc. All the poison (I assume you mean Fox News) can be avoided, if you want. But to be a sports fan and not have access to the ESPN channels is amazing.

I don't provide subversive links, but I do offer renegade links.
Try this link for tonight's Penn - Princeton game, subject to the normal guidelines.
Don't pay for anything. Don't download anything. Promptly close any windows or tabs which pop open.

I'm still waiting for an answer as to why I have to do the same. Is it all about TV?

Us elderly fans can go to the "Early Bird" Special at 4:30 and than go straight the game.

And is this the same reason other Princeton home Ivy games were moved to 6 as well?

I think that except for this one (which is on ESPNU to get on at 6), only Saturday games were moved up to 6---Friday games still are at 7. So this is obviously for TV

All TV related. Last week, NBC Sports Philly asked to move the Friday game up to 6 for an Eagles Super Bowl special at 8. It was either play at 6 and be on TV, or play at 7 and no TV.

It is not listed on the Ivy League Network schedule.
Usually for football games that are televised nationally on the NBCSN, there is still a link and a message when it will be available for viewing. As a result, I am not sure if the replay will be available at the ILN.
The Penn game notes provide this link for the ESPNU broadcast - http://www.espn.com/watch/search/Princeto n
If you have an appropriate cable provider, you should be able to access the game online or through the Watch ESPN app. I just checked the app and saw that the game is listed in its "upcoming" section.
